As a member of our Enterprise Manufacturing Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by helping customers reimagine work experiences through ServiceNow’s AI + Data + Workflow Platform. This role sits at the intersection of experience design, AI enablement, and business transformation — empowering customers to unlock value from generative AI, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration across IT, Employee, and Customer experiences.

Create and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions by providing product and industry insight. Serve as a thought leader on SPM ServiceNow. Develop and maintain strong alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams on roadmap, industry specific use cases, and field feedback. Create and own programs to demonstrate the solution’s value and secure the technical win for customers and prospects.

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting TMT Customer Workflow, Solution Sales. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles. The Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
